Credit and debit card payments

We receive your payment in our bank account within 4 business days if you make a payment using an accepted credit or debit card. While the settlement time for these payments are slightly longer, we are able to start activating your services the moment your card has been charged successfully.

Local bank transfers

Bank transfers made within New Zealand are generally processed on the same day between 9 AM and 11 PM. If you send a transfer after 10 PM, we may receive it the following day.

Please check with your bank as these times usually depend on your bank.

International bank transfers

While there is no definite time frame for international bank transfers, we usually get them within a week if all conditions and requirements are met.

There may be additional delays if your country or bank requires more information about your payment and if you need to pay taxes or fees in your country before your payment can be sent to us. It is your responsibility to check for these before you send us your transfer.
